Mike is proud to lead a painstakingly hand-picked team of creative professionals - all masters in their fields, co-conspirators and collaborators in defining the future of marketing communications. With Horn Group he stands at the forefront of an evolving industry, crossing the boundaries of traditional PR and marketing into lands once relegated only to the advertising agency.  They work tirelessly every single day to seamlessly merge the verbal and visual brand experience into one integrated experience.

Driving him is a passion for clean, simple and engaging content and user interfaces to impart complex concepts and ideas effortlessly, while relieving the eyes and mind from the stress of information overload.  For the past 11 years as a Designer, Art Director and Creative Director for agencies and boutiques such as Xceed and Hylotek, and for clients including CNET,  The Smithsonian Institute, Warner Brothers, Mattel, Discover Financial Services, WebEx and Right Media, Michael has never ceased to leave a design far better than he found it.

Increasingly, Mike sees the distinction between business users and consumers blurring - in some instances going away altogether, opening the door for unique and personal design and UI experiences for any target audience. Savvy users have become familiar with enterprise software product experiences and brochure-ware websites, and demand more as these worlds continue to merge. His compulsive mission is to improve that experience and appeal to anyone that appreciates a usable, clean and modern design.

Mike is a New Yorker of 15 years, has a small bacon-abuse disorder and is nearly karaoked-out at this point in his life.  However he still is enthusiastic about bowling, travel, zombie movies and the word 'coconut'.
