Ben Billingsley

Principal

Ben has more than 15 years of strategic marketing experience working with high-profile technology, media, and consumer electronics companies. Drawing on his digital media expertise, Ben’s approach combines public relations, social media and interactive marketing to deliver integrated communications that produce results.  As the MD of Horn Group's New York office, he leads the operations for all East Coast PR and client service initiatives.

Ben has managed communications strategy for MSN TV from Microsoft, MSNBC.com, Topix.net, ICM Breakpoint, Business 2.0 magazine, Jupiter Research and The Gallup Organization. Recently, he developed the communications programs surrounding the successful acquisitions of Right Media by Yahoo! and Adify by Cox Enterprises.

Before joining Horn Group, Ben was the manager of client service at CooperKatz where he led programs for Piaggio Group Americas and and launched the Vespanomics campaign to promote Vespa as a transportation alternative. Prior to CooperKatz Ben was the director of accounts and business development at New York City-based Trylon SMR, where he had management responsibility for multiple technology and media accounts. Ben majored in media studies at Fordham University and was the managing editor of the Fordham Observer.
