Ben Billingsley has more than 15 years of marketing experience driving communications for global technology, media and online advertising companies. As the principal of Horn Group’s New York office, Ben runs its digital media practice and is responsible for client strategy, business development and operations.
Drawing on his digital expertise, Ben’s approach combines traditional public relations, social media and interactive marketing to deliver integrated communications that produce results and provide value. Under his leadership, Horn Group has launched dozens of new companies and partnered with clients that represent more than $500 million in venture funding. His experience includes working with Microsoft, Gannett, The New York Times Company, Right Media, Adify, MSNBC, The Gallup Organization and Jupiter Research.
Before joining Horn Group, Ben was the manager of client service at CooperKatz where he launched the award-winning “Vespanomics” campaign to promote Vespa as a transportation alternative. Ben also led the social media initiatives for multiple fortune 500 companies including global retail and pharmaceutical brands. Prior to CooperKatz, Ben was the director of accounts and business development at New York City-based Trylon SMR, where he had management responsibility for multiple technology and media accounts.
